We had a stress filled day, working with the insurance claims adjuster for our home. After we wanted to eat some Mexican Food for our Cinco de Mayo celebration. We tried at two different local and popular restaurants. And they both had waiting lines over an hour. We were so tired, we couldn't imagine standing up to wait that long. So we went home. Chicken Enchiladas were in the freezer. We popped it into the oven, settled in comfortable chairs, while it baked. Cinco de Mayo, and our fragile human shells… Saved!

I can't stand Mexican food or rather my stomach can't, so I am not buying all the new Mexican foods. I grew up by Stouffer's in Solon Ohio and it is a shame you drop or change some of your foods I grew up on. You have changed the cream chip beef to a watery cream sauce so I don't buy it anymore. Too bad you now cater to people who have rock iron stomachs. Also, the chicken al a King has changed for the worse. Please bring back the old Stouffer's food prepared well and tasty. Thanks

These are so good. They taste homemade. The instructions are easy to follow and comes out hot and ready to eat. The enchiladas have just enough chicken in each and the sauce is really good. I will rotate these into my weekly meals

This product is horrible, the beans inside the enchiladas , the worst! I now know, why they got a 2 star rating. Dry sauce, followed the recipe to the letter T. I will never, I mean never, purchase this product. The codes from end flap, are 4354 595916 YZ P-9018 06:10 Jul 2026. Party size. 1380019023!

Bought these at the opening of our new Publix, brought them home baked and served. The taste was aweful as if suffering from freezer burn. My daughter asked to throw hers in the trash because she felt it was not suitable for any of our animals to eat. I don't know why these are so gross the expiration date is July of 2026.

The shredded chicken was dry and tasteless. I’m sorry I bought this product. We hadn’t had them in a couple years and now I see why. Terrible don’t waste your money, salty too.

I had bought the enchiladas for something to have for over the new year. I had read terrible reviews. So I was anxious to try them. It was perfect for my husband and I. We do not like spicy food.
