Great fish for dinner
I used to buy this all of the time in the grocery store. Then it dissapeared. So happy to have found it again. Cod is a great mild fish. no fishy taste.

I fixed it in the oven but next time I'm using the air fryer, to crisp the coating up just a bit. Good taste. I added lemon juice but might try malt vinegar next time. I added some oven roasted veggies and had a tasty, quick and fairly low sodium dinner. I might try it over ceasar salad next time.

At the end of the day, its frozen.
I wasn't expecting much but I really liked this. It definitely needs some kind of dipping sauce. Tartar, or if you don't have that...I mixed Caesar dressing with hot sauce and it was honestly amazing. Weird, I know. But it was surprisingly delicious.
