As you can see by the picture, why was this delivered to my garage and not to my front door ?

This is the best cat litter we’ve ever used. Easily better than any of the named brands; clumps well. Shame we can’t get it in the buckets anymore, but the jug works fine also.

Best cat liter ever!
This cat litter is by far the best I’ve ever used! Other cat litter says it clumps the urine but honestly it really hasn’t been doing that for me and those were expensive ones. So I decided to try this and I’m amazed and shocked that a brand this cheap actually did what it was meant to do and the urine was clumped up and easier to scoop! Love it!

More like a powder
This litter is more like a powder and a little dusty. I wish this is like fine granules with low dust.

Not dusty!
Works great in the Litter Robot. No scent to bother us. Low dust. But the containers are the easiest for an older person to maneuver. Yes, they are heavy when fullest, but the jugs are what makes this quicker. This is the most economical way I’ve found to buy.

I have used name brand litters that claim to be clumping litter or hide order and fail to do so. The Up&Up litter does exactly what it promises. It is by far the best litter I have ever used. And the price is just right. All cat owners, especially multiple cat owners should use this brand. Both the unscented and scented are unbeatable!

I’ve been using this litter for 8-9 years for my multi cat household. It seems that the litter formula has changed or you are using a new supplier. I purchased six (6) containers of the unscented litter from one store last week and it’s completely awful! After that, I purchased one (1) container from another store to see if it was just a bad batch at the other store and it was awful as well. I’ll be returning all of them. Why would you change a great formula that worked? What a disappoint!

Formula Change
This has been my go-to litter for 3 years. I switched from Dr. Elsey's, as the Target brand was cheaper and handled odors better. Now, the litter has terrible clumping ability. Any large pee clumps are mushy and hard to scoop out. I'm so disappointed, as unscented litters with good odor and clumping ability are hard to come by.

Shipping/Delivery issues
SHIPPING ISSUE: Received 3 of 4 containers of litter. The 3 I did receive are all dented up! Also, they didn’t ship from the store I ordered from . They shipped from OUT OF STATE! Been four days and I still don’t have info on the 4th container, nor am I able to cancel it!

Why on earth did you change the litter????
This litter has COMPLETELY changed. It has been my go to litter for at least the last 5 years. It is terrible now. Went from the perfect cat litter to absolute garbage. Use to clump and hold in odors to being smelly and not able to clump whatsoever. You can’t even scoop it because it has no ability to clump. The most annoying is that I ordered 3 massive containers of my “trusty litter only to discover this… anyone have any recommendations for an affordable little that actually works like this one USED to?? In my photo you can see the difference between the old formula and new. The new is the darker circle in the middle. TRASH!

Great litter, terrible shipping
Shipping is pointless. I used to get bags shipped. Almost always ripped, damaged, late, incomplete orders. So I switched to jugs for less damage. Of the 8 I've ordered? I have only received 2 on time. Target delivery is a joke.

As God is my witness, I will NEVER, EVER order ANYTHING from the PALM SPRINGS LOCATION again. They ignore delivery instructions and this is how the packages are treated.

Great for a sensitive cat. I scoop his litter box 2-3 times a day and have never had an issue with the smell despite this being unscented. It clumps well and doesn’t have a big dust cloud like other litters I’ve tried. I feel like it’s better for my kitty overall and it’s very worth the money

Shipping this item is problematic
Less $$ than Arm and Hammer product and less dusty Plastic jug is less prone to breaking during shipping Shipping with other items damages shipping box and other items in same shipment And I have to unpack it on my porch as I can’t lift a box with two jugs and other items in it
