Caused my thick wavy hair to become extremely frizzy, flat, and brittle. It even started to make strands of my hair fall out so suddenly that I literally thought I was having a serious health problem. It took weeks for my hair to go back to normal after I stopped using this brand.

Turns frizzy hair into manageable curls!
I wasn't sure this shampoo and conditioner was doing much originally. I thought it was my hair curl creme keeping my curls bouncy. I have naturally curly hair - 2C 3A hair. I changed shampoos thinking it would not matter. My hair turned into a big frizz ball with the new shampoo. I have quickly returned to this shampoo and conditioner, and I made sure to buy extras so I would not run out!

Do not buy!
I bought both shampoo and conditioner hopeful to find something that would help my dry, frizzy curls. This made my head itchy and flaky. Also, it caused my ends to be even more dry and the top of my hair was so oily. I will never buy this again-what a mistake.

Transformed in 1 wash!!
As a multi-textured curly head gal… I’ve struggled with finding the right products… and recently learned I have a gluten allergy! Did you know gluten is in hair products, body wash, deodorant, etc?! I didn’t and could not understand why my scalp was always tender or flaky… well now we know. This product and the conditioner are gluten free and in ONE WASH - I kid you not - brought my hair/head back to life! Now I have to find a leave in… L’Oreal NEVER change this formula!!

HAIR FALL OUT
This company should be sued. I used it for years and for years my hair fell out regularly to the point of tears. I would brush clumps before during and after showers and cry. I thought it was my health. It wasn’t. I happened to read target reviews of people saying their hair was falling out. I immediately stopped and in the six months since, my hair has not been falling out at that degree at all!! This product needs to be off the shelf!!!!

Super moisturizing! Would buy again
I have been using this shampoo for a few months now and my hair has never felt healthier. I accidentally purchased this shampoo without realizing it was meant for curly hair but I was too lazy to return it. I’m very glad I didn’t because I’ve been needing a good moisturizing shampoo and it’s amazing. 10/10 for 2a hair that has been through black box dye and the removal process once I inevitably got bored within the last two years. Now I keep my hair mostly natural with a few blond highlights (for the past 9 months) and you could never tell what my hair went through.

For years I've been using an expensive brand of curl conditioner with no sulfates, phthalates, etc.-- paying $54/litre to treat my 2C wavy curls. It's great stuff, but finances are tight right now, so I thought I'd try something less expensive. For the last few days I've been using this Ever Curl conditioner, and I'm loving it!! I will continue to save money by purchasing this product instead. I do use exactly the same method as I did with the expensive product: After shampooing, massage this product through the hair, starting a few inches out from the scalp. Gently comb the product through the hair with a wide-tooth comb. Wait a couple of minutes before rinsing out. Then switch the water to COLD and rinse it out. After showering, wrap hair gently in a towel. Then massage curl product through the hair and finger-form curls. Air dry or use a diffuser. Wonderful results!

My hair and scalp felt clean without being stripped. But I’m not a fan of the scent. It had a ‘medicine’ scent. I would rather a soft ‘feminine’ and ‘clean’ scent and I need slip for my curls.

I love the shampoo and conditioner leaves my hair soft free of frizz. My hair is shiny and manageable works perfectly for my curly hair, but it has become incredibly difficult to find in store or online I usually have to search and search to find someone who carries them, and I have to buy in bulk, so I do not run out of them before I find it again.
