  • A: Would like to mention again that while the paper itself is made of 30% recycled material, the packaging has a plastic coating. Don't see why. I've been buying typing paper in paper wrapping for years.

    I ordered the right thing you gave me the wrong thing

    This is the printer paper that I ordered however, it is not the printer paper that I received. When I put this paper in my printer it jammed the other paper I have bought on multiple occasions not the same thing. Very frustrating too late to turn around and come back tonight. Live out of town. What can you do to fix the problem?

    When Paper is out of stock in store, Target delivery is hateful

    Package contents arrived ripped on both ends! This ream of Up and Up printer paper was out of stock at my store, but was offered as free delivery. Beware when ordering eligible items for free shipping. Occasionally, my items have arrived damaged due to poor packaging which allows items to burst inside the box. At least the paper wrapping kept the printer paper intact without adding creases or bent corners and still useable for my needs.
