Love the way your hair feels with this shampoo.

This shampoo lathers nicely, cleans well, rinses well. It leaves my thick, coarse hair hair manageable and very shiny. Unfortnately, it leaves my sinuses on fire. The fragrance is VERY strong, and lingers heavily long after shampooing. I am surprised and disappointed, as I thought Dove shampoos would be more mild, since a lot of people are very sensitive to fragrance. I won't be purchasing this one again. Sorry, Dove, you missed it with this one.

Didn’t get rid of the oil. Left hair greasy and heavy. Gross. Have to rewash now

My hair is falling out in clumps after using since the first wash, after 1 week of using my scalp is SO DRY, i cant stop scratching and i scratch so much in public its embarrassing, stopped using!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

The shampoo did have a good smell, but I’m not too sure what about it, but it made my hair fall off a lot more compared to other shampoos that I have used.

Hair started falling soo bad had to switch. Product buildup is unreal, leaves scalp super greasy after every wash.

it was good at first and made my hair nice and soft but then i started to get an allergic reaction i had hives on my face that would be very mild but it started to get a lot worse and my scalp got very itchy after around a month or 2 so if you have sensitive skin dont get this

I have fine color treated hair. It can be tricky to find hydrating shampoos that don’t cause instant greasiness. This one is great - my hair feels so clean and light after using it without feeling dried out. Only complaint is that the fragrance is absolutely ridiculous and way too strong. I knocked off one star because there’s no reason for a product to be this heavily fragranced. If you’re migraine prone, skip this one.

The shampoo is fine- the conditioner is awful- the price/size comparison is a shame

I use this daily! It doesn’t leave a residue on my hair. Leaves it feeling clean and soft.

Bought this for my dad and he swears by it now. He bought the whole line because of it.

For me it’s a no go…thr smell is disgraceful and disgusting. The dove itself works well but the smell is horrible

Probably the best shampoo I’ve used to date. It’s affordable, I love the smell, and despite my sensitive dry scalp I can wash my hair without the normal next day dry itch.

I wash my hair daily/every other day and this shampoo is perfect. It deeply cleans but still leaves my scalp feeling moisturized. I have fine/medium brunette wavy hair and my hair looks so shiny and healthy when I use this. The fragrance is super fresh and fruity. It is definitely strong and lasts over 24 hours, but I prefer that as I like my hair to smell good. If you’re fragrance sensitive I would not recommend

This shampoo is awesome! I honestly just bought it on a whim bc I was out of my "good" shampoo and conditioner. I typically buy from the salon, blue mercury, Nordstrom, or Ulta and Sephora. Needed something bc it was hair wash day. This stuff makes my hair feel better than my Oribe, Kerastase, Amika, Quai, the list goes on. I can be a snob when it comes to my products (skincare, hair care, supplements). This stuff is legit! My hair felt so soft and less frizz. Not greasy but moisturized. I have brown hair with oily scalp. Fine hair but a lot of it so a lot of moisture shampoos, make my hair feel greasy/oily and weighed down. So some may think this weighs their hair down, but it def feels so healthy. My next fav is Quai bc they make one for fine hair so it doesn't weigh your hair down. I'm telling you get this if looking for a cheaper alternative or just something to use between your other good stuff. Or even as your daily shampoo, I may switch to save like $100 when I buy shampoo and conditioner 🤣. The smell is nice but yes it's strong but it's a bad smell. If sensitive to any smell then maybe not for you, it does fade tho but my hair still smelled fresh the next day which I prefer. Smell didn't give me a headache or anything but it's definitely a stronger smell but I promise not in a bad way but yes if you can only use very light smelling products then maybe pass but otherwise this is the best cheap buy I've made in a very very long time, maybe ever! My hair is less oily than any other shampoo but my hair feels healthy! I used to have to wash my hair daily until I trained it if that tells you anything and can relate. Just give it a try you won't be disappointed if you have hair like mine :)
