MorningStar Farms Frozen Plant Based Chik'n Nuggets Original - 10.5oz

Gross weird flavoring. I use to eat these regularly (since college in the early 2000s- yeah I'm an old school veg head) until they changed recipes like a year. Bought a bag recently to see if I was wrong NOPE they're gross. I could smell the weird meat flavor before I opened the bag ( it was sealed and I could smell it??!!). That should have been a red flag. Its like spiced with hot dog water so disgusting. I will not be buying again!

These are the best nuggets I’ve ever had. The only way I make them is in the air fryer and they come out great each time.

These WERE one of my safe foods and I used to buy these every week, but the new recipe is horrendous. They are flavorless and the texture is like every other dry cardboard chicken alternative on the market. PLEASE bring back the old recipe. Will no longer be purchasing :(

The new texture grosses me out to an extreme degree. I can no longer eat these. I really loved the previous versions.

As everyone keeps saying, the new recipe is terrible. I miss the old ones so much. Have been buying and trying every other brand since MorningStar ruined what was once mine, and many others', favorite vegan "chicken" product on the market. I have not and will not buy again until they change them back. Please change them back, they used to be a staple on my grocery list.

Love these! I’m not vegan or vegetarian but I really enjoy these to cut back on meat and my boyfriend doesn’t even know they’re not real chicken! The old recipe was good too. But the new one is awesome! I make them in the air fryer longer than it says on the package. About 15 minutes! They are so crispy and delicious

don’t bother buying anymore. they changed the recipe again and it’s beyond flavorless. this company really loves to nuke their own products. literally zero flavor, all of the previous flavor is gone. clearly trying to cut back on costs

The new recipe is awful. "New and improved" dear heavens no. Please bring back the old recipe. Like everyone else, I've eaten these for years. So long that I ate them before you purchased the small company that previously made them! (Early '90s.) Happily, they tasted the same until now. They are awful. Really bad. I'm now taking books out of the library to learn to make my own nuggets and bacon. I certain can't do worse.

Please for the love of God bring back the popcorn chicken so i can experience happiness again

I've been buying these for a few months now, and I've eaten them almost every day. I'm unbelievably disappointed with this recipe change. The breading is too crumbly, and the chik'n is dry. I will no longer be buying these unless they change the recipe back.

I’ve been a vegetarian since birth. My mom started feeding me morning star products when I was a toddler. In my elementary school years, morning star products gave me an opportunity to look “normal”, eating “normal” chicken nuggets and “normal” bacon. I've been eating them ever since. However, I’ve noticed a recent change. The chicken nuggets that have always been my favorite, regardless of how many brands I’ve tried, now taste like every other gross chicken alternative out there. I really hate these new recipe changes, please change them back.

These are great for a quick dinner. They're easy to cook and they taste good.

here to piggy back off everyone and say bring back the old recipe! I've been vegan for many years and these used to be my go-to quick meal but the texture is different now, and they're just not as good :(

You changed the ingredients and taste of these. Use to be one of my favorites for years. Not anymore! Now you have discontinued the Incognito Chicken Tenders. This became my favorite after the fiasco with the Chicken Nuggets! Why do you continue fixing things that are GOOD???

I miss the old recipe!!! I don’t usually take the time to go review or complain like this, but I have multiple times now not bought your nuggets and then after a while thought “huh we haven’t made nuggets much lately” bought them again, only to be reminded when I take a bite why I stopped buying them. They are way too salty now and the texture (while more chicken like) is not good. I’m not even a vegetarian but that’s why I bought the old nuggets—because they taste better than cheap processed chicken. I appreciate that you want to go vegan, and if that had been possible without a big loss in flavor, I’d have applauded. But now, I’ll potentially just buy regular chicken, since I don’t want my kids eating that much salt. Or I’ll turn to a competitor to see if anyone else makes good veggie nuggets that we all like. If I’m behind the times and there is a classic veg-but-not-vegan version available, can you let me know? I will ask my local grocery store to stock it.

This new an “improved” recipe sucks. I’ve been vegan for 10 years and I used to love y’all’s products. I miss when the pizza rolls didn’t contain REAL CHEESE, and just the old recipes were so much better. Please don’t go down the same road as every other company by trying so hard to replicate “real” meat. A lot of us do not want that!!!!!

SO GOOODDDDD I stopped wanting meat for a while but haven’t found things that would substitute for it. These definitely do I prefer the spicy ones way more though because I like a bit of spice!
