No Good!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3/3 this is just another poor quality frozen dinner. I am unsure if maybe my grocery store just has old products or doesn’t freeze them well, but this meal also had a mushy consistency. From the beans to the casserole it was just super soft and needed some serious seasoning.

A lot of frozen meals I’ve tried are pretty low on flavor, but I was pleasantly surprised by how flavorful this one was. It was very easy to prepare, just a few minutes in the microwave. The appearance is less than aesthetically pleasing, but only so much you can do with a frozen meal I suppose.

The cilantro flavor was too strong and it overpowered everything. It mostly tasted like soggy cilantro mess. I would not buy this one again. It wasn’t spicy, but it also just wasn’t good.

Delicious and satisfying
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my absolute favorite bowls from Amy's Kitchen. The tortilla casserole is so cheesy and good. I also love the accompanying black beans that comes it. It's the perfect afternoon lunch that is light and satisfying. It doesn't have any meat so it's for days when I don't feel like eating meat. It smells so good when microwaved and I like to put it in the toaster oven for a little bit to give it that yummy crust.

The tortilla casserole was a pleasant surprise- it reminded me of an enchilada without sauce and the black beans were just the right consistency to me! I paired this with some left over chicken thighs and was very satisfied. This would also work without the added food depending on your appetite and meal goals.

Tortilla Casserole w/ Bl Beans was awful.
10-26-2025: Love Amy's products, but this Tortilla Casserole was NOT good. The base of the casserole was a soggy, and tasteless corn chip layer. This one was NOT up to the usual high standards of Amy's. I feel ripped off because all of Amy's products are expensive and I expect more. I'd like my money back.

I love Amy's gluten free frozen bowls. They've been keeping me alive with easy gluten free options that fit my busy college schedule. I wanted to try something different and bought this. awful. The beans were wet in all the wrong ways, the casserole was flavorless and the texture was super unpleasant. also, no spice at all. now I am awake at 2am with horrible stomach cramps and nausea. skip this one and pick out a mac n cheese bow instead.
