I love the taste of this product. It is great for electrolyte and fluid replacement during kids sports and daily life in Florida. My only complaint is the dye additives. It stains everything especially with a kid with retainers we have to be super careful.

I used few energy drinks during my work out and I can easily say that powerade is the best and safest It does not have as much sugar , caffeine or taurine like the other brands and it is much better as it help cool and refresh the body without worrying about false calories

I am a big fan of anything fruit punch flavored, and this drink hits the spot often. In the hot summer months I need a drink to cool me down and this Powerade helps so much. The bottle is easy to recognize because of the label on it. The only thing you have to be cautious is spilling because it will stain clothes from its red color.
