The recipe has changed and not for the better. There’s always tendon and large fat pieces that absolutely gross me out. My family would go through a few boxes a week but now we can’t even eat them… it’s sad because the taste was great.

These are delicious. I have tried several other brands of turkey sausage - and this one is by far the best even though it’s chicken. Wish they weren’t so pricy.
