Broken plates
Orders this set and it came with two broken plates. Sumbit a ticket for replacements and have followed multiple times. No one will get back to me. It has been 3 months.

The dinnerware is beautiful, and I ordered two sets. One set was perfect. In the second set, all four dinner plates were rough on one edge and looked like "seconds."

I am so happy with this purchase and use my dinnerware all the time. It is a perfect fit in my kitchen and I love the beautiful design of the plates and bowls. The coffee cups are a little smaller then I would like but have adjusted to them.

Extremely Disappointed!!!!
I purchased these plates with the expectation that they were good quality because Rachel Ray’s name was attached to them. Boy was I wrong. I cannot tell you how disappointed I was. The coloring was off... one plates was pale in color while the other was vibrant. There were some purple broken lines on some of the edges. There were dents in the middle of the plates and a lot of chipping. I taped them up or I would have included a pic. I couldn’t return these plates fast enough.I shouldn’t have given them any stars. What a waste of my time and now I have to start acsearch for plates again!

Pretty, but
I searched all over the internet for this taupe color dishware but the reviews were mixed on all site, for all brands. They did not stock them in the store so I settled for these as we have Rachael Ray Pots/Pans. I like them but they are not top quality. I wanted stoneware but could not feel good about the color of the Royal Doulton. These work great for what we want but I will not put them in the dishwasher or the microwave and hand wash immediately after use. The color is not consistent from item to item, shade variance. It also took way too long to get these, like 6-7 days.

Love the dishes, not so much Target's customer service
I ordered three sets of these dishes, one brown, one cream, and one red. They are beautiful dishes! Very sturdy so far - no chips after a month or so of daily use. The only downside was that one of the bowls in the cream colored set was broken on arrival, and Target customer service wouldn't replace just the broken bowl - they said the only option was to repackage everything and send it all back, and they'd send a replacement once the whole set was returned. I really didn't want to have to wrap and package everything back up and haul it to a shipping location, so I ended up purchasing another bowl on a different website. I would definitely buy these dishes again, but probably not from Target.

Broken peice and flaws in cup/saucer
hi there, there was a broken plate and a cup + saucer that had some white splotches on the main surface area. I called target and they did take $10 off, as I couldn't replace just these items but whole set. And truthfully that seemed as a bother. But disappointed in quality as I would appreciated a bit more $ off.
