Low-quality, plastic-y sheets (pillow cover, fitted, and bed sheets). No sham included on the crib (toddler) size set. I also bought a toddler-pillow elsewhere, but the pillow cover here is massive on it. The comforter is actually pretty nice, with a soft under side, and it's pretty light. Other than missing the sham, pattern looks like the pictures so the description is pretty accurate. Bought the set on sale so can't complain too much.
