LUMPY
I prefer 'pick up in store'. It seems whenever I try to find name brand items (in this case, C&H or Domino), I always have to purchase generic/store brand items like this, why is that? Hmm. Used this for 4 ingredient fudge, lots of lumps in it. This is why I prefer the better/more expensive brands, you get what you pay for and after all the hassle of actually making something, it's irritating when your dessert comes out 3rd rate because of 3rd rate ingredients. The color is ok, the texture was overall decent, but yeah, lots of little lumpy pellets throughout that were impossible to completely eliminate. Don't recommend it unless it's worth it to you to spend an additional 30 minutes smashing these out by hand with a fork.
