I tried Ruffino DOCG Moscato d’Asti and it’s exactly what I expect when I want something light, fun, and sweet. It pours a bright straw yellow and smells of white peach, orange blossom, and a hint of elderflower. The bubbles are gentle, not harsh, giving a soft sparkle on the tongue. Flavor-wise it reminds me of juicy pear, citrus peel, and sweet stone fruit with enough tartness to keep it from being cloying. The sweetness is there but doesn’t overwhelm. Low alcohol makes it perfect for sipping earlier in the evening or enjoying with dessert. If you like bold dry wines, this isn’t that, but if you want something easy, cheerful, and delicious, this Moscato hits the spot.

Great flavor. This is a smooth and sweet white wine. It taste great on it’s own, but enhance it with fresh fruit. The bottle is beautiful and light, reflective of their product. It’s also very affordable.

Want to go no problem. This is my go to Moscato. It’s not as sweet as the pink one and it taste so smooth. It’s a great price for your money. We always get about three bottles for my family gatherings. I love the twist off on the bottle, you don’t need tobottle opener.

Lovely wine
This wine is really delicious and it has a low alcohol content so it’s not overwhelming. It’s really like a sweet grape juice and it goes well with dessert or before your meal. I recommend trying it for yourself.

I usually love Ruffino
I usually love Ruffino wines and champagne, but this particular one was just not to my liking. It’s a bit on the sweeter side, I wasn’t expecting it to be so sweet. It’s a fairly priced bottle though, especially if you’re a sweet wine/champagne type of person.
