For children between ages 4 to 12 years old we recommend a half-serving (one scoop) and those over 12 years of age are fine with a full serving (two scoops). For children younger than 4 years old, or if you have any concerns about your child's weight, nutrition status, or growth, we recommend speaking to your healthcare provider to ensure the product is right for the child.

    Because this contains stevia extract and other artificial flavors like guar gum and xanthan gum it gave me the WORST headache trying to digest it. I’ve tried other plant based protein powders that have never gave me that symptom before. I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re used to other plant-based protein powders with minimal ingredients. My body obviously did not like this specific product. Even the smell of it the day after my body could not handle.

    Not for those with texture issues

    Dietician recommended this brand. I absolutely hate it. The grainy texture is making it difficult to get through my yogurt. I added water to help mix it in, but it is still really grainy. I’ll try in a shake since I bought two containers of this and I’m hoping I can find a way to stomach it. Might need to blend it with other things but being in a calorie deficit will make it difficult. It also doesn’t have as much protein as other protein powders. I hardly taste vanilla at that, just grainy rice? Pea? I can’t pinpoint the flavor.

    The flavor is fine with just water or in a banana, peanut butter smoothie. Definitely a “fudge” flavor. When I shake it with water, the texture is good. But my major gripe is with the amount of product received in the container. I just opened it and the tub is about halfway full. On the label, it falls between Orgain and Protein. For $25.99, this was a disappointing experience. It’s $2.60/serving vs $2 elsewhere.

    It’s pretty tasty. I like it more when I mix it with Slim Fast. Definitely better with skim milk; with water is just so bland. Didn’t do much to curb my appetite, but with the Slim Fast Chocolate Royale it definitely did great. Overall good buy and good quality.
