This is actually a really good protein powder! I have the vanilla and it doesn’t have that gross protein powder taste. I did notice the powdery texture people mentioned, but I figured out how to fix it. I make a Chobani yogurt drink dupe, and I’ve found that if you dissolve the protein powder in about 12 oz of water first, shake it really well, then add the rest of your ingredients and a little extra milk, the powdery texture basically disappears. The first time I threw everything in together and it was super powdery, but dissolving it first makes a huge difference!

Great product
I have tried many brands of protein powder in an effort to increase the amount of protein intake in my diet overall. With that increase though, I want a "clean" ingredient list that also helps with my goal of more anti-inflammatory foods. This is where Trivani separates itself from the crowd of other products-it is as important for what isn't in it as what is in it. Besides that, it mixes well, doesn't taste gritty, and the wide variety of flavor choices keeps me from getting bored with my smoothies.

I've really enjoyed the Truvani high protein shakes. They are easy to make, taste delicious and provide me with extra protein. I also like they are made with real organic ingredients rather than chemical additives. I haven't tried making cookies or other baked goods, but I'm sure I will.
