  • A: Conair's reply is incorrect, it DOES have a power button. This does also have a steam on/off button as well, where the water stayed heated, but steam will not come out of the top if it's off...similar to a steam pause button. Overall a great steamer, my 3rd different kind and it's a keeper for sure!

  • A: This steamer has 2 settings, Standard and Turbo. The Standard setting, along with the delicate fabric spacer attachment, can be used on delicate fabrics. The Turbo setting can be used for thicker materials like sweaters. You can use the steamer held away from delicate fabrics, or can press directly on less delicate fabrics. It's the best!

    Garbage. Barely does anything.

    Absolutely garbage. I was overwhelmed with the mixed reviews on every steamer available in-store, so I decided to go with the most expensive. It barely produces steam and was a complete waste of time and money. And yes, I fully read and followed the directions. Will be returning.

    Drench the clothes I am steaming

    Very disappointed in the product and will be returning. The steamer shoots our water as it is steaming, getting the piece of clothing wet so it can't be used on any fabrics that are impacted by water.

    Possible Hazard

    Possible Hazard: Controls are on the same side of the device as the steam outlet. User can't see the steam on/off button or temperature indicator and control without looking towards or into the steam. I can't speak to performance or durability, since I did not use it on clothing.

    EPIC FAIL

    Other poor reviews are accurate. It does have a very small reservoir, which is extremely hard to fill. You need a needle nose funnel or a measuring cup with a smaller pour spout in order to fill it without spilling distilled water ($$$). Also, the rubber stopper inside the reservoir seems a bit weak. It looks like it may wear away. Ironically, despite the small reservoir, it’s pretty heavy! It becomes tiring to do multiple pieces. Lastly, the entire goal of it is unfulfilled. The steamer gets very hot, lets out a meager amount of steam and FAILS to remove simple wrinkles on a cotton shirt. I tested it on other fabrics as well. It left wrinkles. It needs too many passes of the wand to even make a small difference in the garment. It’s definitely another high priced dud that is pushed by influencers. DO NOT BUY IT

    More than adequate water tank

    Very happy with this. It steams whether laying down or holding upright. Large steaming vents and a very large water tank. I steamed my entire queen mattress and several spots on my carpet plus two sets of pants and still had an inch of water in the tank. After steaming my mattress and the memory foam topper everything smelled so fresh.

    The Perfect little Steamer

    Stop working after one use.

    I brought this product a year ago and it work well upon the first use. After that it no longer works. Do not buy this product. Very disappointed, really wanted a steamer given I do not like to iron. I will be researching and trying another brand.

    Conair Steamer review 5/5

    Actually is one of the best steamers I’ve owned, I love the flap it has to press your garments down and give them a sharp look. Different modes to steam (5 levels) the power cord is good length as well (9 feet approximately) and pretty easy steamer to use. Would def recommend to anyone. Price is well worth it, doesn’t feel cheap at all.

    Disappointing

    I find the steamer to be very heavy and awkward to use. The results are disappointing. I have to go over each section 5 or 6 times to get the slightest bit of smoothness from the fabric.
