Add fun prints to your yoga practice with a 4mm thick Printed Yoga Mat from Gaiam. Available in a variety of colors and prints to choose from, each yoga mat is 4mm thick to provide cushioning that will support joints while you explore longer, deeper poses, and features a no-slip grippy surface to keep you in place during any pose. Each mat is lightweight, yet durable, and easy to carry to and from the studio with ease. Made without the six most harmful phthalates and is latex free. Measures 68" long by 24" wide and 4mm thick. It is normal for a new printed mat to release an odor, simply roll your new mat out flat to air out before use. Store in a mat bag, out of direct sunlight, for long-lasting protection.

Q: I'm kind of looking for a mat to use on carpet, but I don't know if I need those extra thick foam mats specifically dedicated for exercise and not yoga. Most yoga mats have that grippy underside. Will carpet fiber stick to the underside of this one?

A: This mat can absolutely be used on carpet for yoga! Carpet fiber should not stick to the underside of this mat.

I was pleased with how thick and well-made this mat is and it's so cheap for the thickness and quality. I have not had any problems with slipping as others seem to. As I said, I liked it so much, I had to get another for a larger workout space.

I had a nice, long review that was deleted before it posted. I hate my phone. 😭 Long story short, being on this mat felt like Twister instead of yoga. It slips everywhere. I love the length and the picture and color. It needs more width. It’s not good for sweaty bodies. It’s best on a carpeted surface, not bare floor. I’m 5’1” and a petite 30 year-old, so it’s suited better for kids and teens, not grown women.

Overall I'm very happy with this yoga mat. While it's on the thinner side, when on a budget, it's a great beginner mat. I will complain that it had a chemical/plastic-like smell for awhile. I hung mine outside for a couple days to get it to a tolerant level. The smell did eventually go away, so now it's my favorite mat to drag along with me on day trip outings.

Started falling apart after first use. As other reviewers mentioned, the blue dots fall off and get everywhere. Definitely would not buy again.

This is a good-quality basic mat. Not very plush or cushy - the material compresses a lot and doesn't give good support on hardwood. I also slipped a little bit because it's not very grippy. I gave it to my child and it works great for them!

I love the mat but it’s a bit thin. It’s uncomfortable when I kneel on it. The hard floor it very noticeable on my elbows and my knees. Otherwise a great mat, doesn’t slip or stretch like my old mat did. Has a great grip to it.

I got this because I needed a yoga mat right away and didn’t have time to wait for shipping. Its a good price, I like the color, and how it’s a little thicker than others but not too bulky. My only criticism is that it was a little more slippery than other yoga mats I’ve used. I felt my self sliding a couple times.
