Q: Can you cook these in a skillet/fry pan? Or do you have to use an oven?
A: Hello! Thank you for asking! Here are some cooking instructions for the stove top: Stovetop: Heat skillet on medium heat. Brown the outside of the meatballs for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Then, lower the temperature to medium-low, add ¼ cup water, or enough water to cover the bottom of the pan, and cover for about 15-18 minutes until a minimum inside temperature of 165°F is reached. (For best results, cook until 185°F.) Stovetop with tomato sauce: Heat skillet on medium heat. Brown the outside of the meatballs for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally. Then, lower the temperature to medium-low, add about 12 oz. or 1 1/2 cups of tomato sauce, and cover for about 20-26 minutes until a minimum inside temperature of 165°F is reached. (For best results, cook until 185°F.) Thank you for choosing Carando and Smithfield Foods!

A: Thank you for choosing Carando Meatballs. This product is dated by the store, and it seems like the date sticker may have fallen off the package. We understand that this can be frustrating, and we are here to help. Please contact our consumer affairs team directly at 855-411-7675. Thank you for choosing Carando.
