  • A: I let my 3 month old use it. He can hold his head up without assistance. He is around 17 pounds so I wanted to get some use before he outgrew it. If I waited until 6 months, I’m sure he would have outgrew it weight wise.

I ordered this item online for drive up pickup at a local store which clearly stated they had a few in stock, my order was then cancelled shortly before arriving to pickup the order that it was out of stock. It asked me if I wanted to select another store and I did to pickup the next day and I was charged already & then the order was cancelled the next morning due to technical issues. I have yet to receive a refund and also would like to add that I tried to order this jumper and have delivered but fedex cannot locate it. So I have now paid for 3 jumpers total and have yet to be refunded for the other two. To say I am livid would be an absolute understatement

Missing Piece :(

This is the cutest bouncer and I was so excited for my baby to jump in it… I had just purchased this today and unfortunately as I was assembling (which is fairly easy to do), I got to the last two characters and realized one was missing. I checked the box multiple times hoping I had just overlooked or dropped it, but no. The seagull character was never in the box…Sadly, I will now have to disassemble and return :(

UNSAFE

We bought this with a gift card we were gifted for our baby and Target won't let us return it. My baby was able to tip it while in it. It is super unsafe! Please don't buy this. Do better Target. Horribly made considering it was expensive.
