Picked up my order, and the expiration date was two days away. This is the only gluten free bread that I buy and like.

Moldy bread
I usually enjoy this bread, but the loaf I bought yesterday unfortunately had some mold on it. My family and I ate a couple of slices in the morning and didn’t notice at first since we added toppings, but later when I tried a slice plain, I realized the flavor was off. It seems that the defrosted bread might be going moldy faster than expected. When I went back to the store to exchange it, they did have more, but the “best by” dates had already expired last month. The staff was kind about the return, but it was a bit disappointing. Honestly, just seeing the bread again made me feel a little nauseous, remembering that moldy taste. I really hope this issue can be looked into, because I do like this bread when it’s fresh.

Disgusting
I did a pick up for this order. My bananas were squished and brown. This bread was a bag of mold. It was very disgusting. I gaged when I went to use it. How could they not notice a bag of mold!

Canola oil...again...
Would be much better is the canola oil was replaced or removed. It gives me horrible heartburn and still affects my GI a lot like gluten does. Not good for you. Do better.

Dry and gross
Once again yet another poor attempt at gluten free bread. We were excited for this one since it’s normal sized, but it was just not good. It’s better than some I’ve had, but still incredibly dry and no taste. I just used it to make grilled cheese sandwiches to try not to waste it since it’s so expensive. Sadly, the grilled sandwiches tasted plastic like and I won’t be buying this kind again. Store brands are better and cheaper.

Just ok
Crust is hard, but bread texture is good. Mostly flavorless. Better than nothing.

My favorite gluten-free bread
We use this for sandwiches and French toast. The crust doesn't soften up with French toast as much as I would like it to, but it's still totally edible and tastes good.

PRICE UP AGAIN BY $2 NOT GOOD!!
WENT up $2 on the bread to almost $10 for a loaf of bread and $1 on the bagels. 4 bagels so that &1.75 a bagel. There’s no need to take advantage of people who have Celiac Disease! Not enjoying the flavor or texture or having Celiac for that matter, Food is awful. The bread and bagels by Canyon Bakehouse. We have no choice. There are not ANY options especially the bagels. There isn’t much to choose from in the Gluten free dept. So we have to take what we can get or starve or get severely sick. So $17 now for 4 bagels and a loaf of bread. This is terrible. Everything has already gone up in price but now these just keep going up because there are more people suffering from Celiac and gluten free items are hard to find. Not much to choose from and GF is more in demand so it’s like price gouging wouldn’t you say? We are not buying these up because they taste so good. It’s because we have NO CHOICE!!! Got to get another job just to afford these GF foods. That is if you’re able to work. No increase in pay though. This is getting bad!!!!!

Smaller size
This bread used to be my absolute favorite. It’s tasty but the best part it was normal size sandwich bread. I picked up two loaves today only to see they shrunk the size. I’d pay more for Normal size pieces of bread

its okay
its alright, but in order to eat i have to microwave it otherwise the texture is just awful (i do freeze my bread to make last longer). i have to cut the crusts off as well, but after doing those two things its quite tasty.

Molds Quickly
My only complaint is that this bread molds quickly. I don't like to freeze it because it can lose its soft texture, but at the same time it can't even sit a week on the counter. I think Target gets it frozen and thaws it, which is why I don't refreeze it, but how can it be that it has mold on it 2 days before the best by date / 5 days after purchase? I have had this happen a few times. Maybe storing in the fridge helps.

So good your kids will sneak it!
Bought this for my celiac son . He was finally able to enjoy French toast and other various sandwiches for the first time in almost 2 years. He loved it so much he snuck a piece into his lunch box for school thinking he was getting away with a treat!

guilt free, gluten free goodness!
my first impressions, i can’t lie. i wasn’t much of a fan. the key to this specific bread is to toast it. gotta be toast ! it tastes exactly like regular white bread, just gluten free friendly ! it’s amazing with peanut butter & banana, pb &j, turkey sammie’s with avocado & the works. definitely will be a new staple.

Very good
It’s hard to find GF bread that is edible! This one is delicious! Taste like white wheat bread! Perfect for sandwiches or toast. Nice sized bread too, larger than an average loaf. My only gripe is the salt content. Even though it’s less than most other breads I really don’t understand why it’s so high! Most everyone puts salty things on sandwiches so it’s not logical.
