Pretty good product, assembly instructions were vague at certain points.This required some disassembly and realignment. Overall, I’d recommend it.

Particle board and veneer, but looks nice
Assembly was a challenge in some parts. Also, NONE of the wood dowels fit tightly in the holes like they should, as any qualified woodworker knows, so the whole thing is not sturdy once assembled. The seat section is nice and I bought it for the extra storage, which is generous. I can only hang purses, scarves or key lanyards on the hooks however, there is not enough height for large jackets, even small ones touch the seat when hung from the collar. Finding a cushion that fit the seat was a challenge; it's only 17x36". For >$300, major pieces should have been solid wood and the dowels should have been snug. Cannot recommend for the price. I have bought several Crosley crates to store LPs and they far surpass this in quality.
