Q: How do I unlock the lid?
A: Yeah, not too easily. I came here looking for answers after struggling with this thumb indents. Don’t want to break it… geez.
submitted bySeeHutchTarget - 1 year agoA: This thing is ridiculously hard to open There needs to be added instruction to say… place the opening of the device lid away from your body and then use the thumb lips to push open. It will not and I mean will NOT open if you try to open the lid with the lid opening facing you.

Q: Can the night light be shut off?
A: Good Morning Brenda, the internal light from the Munchkin Bright & Warm Wipe Warmer does not have an off button. To turn off the light, the unit needs to be unplugged.

Q: Does the warmer work good with waterwipes brand wipes?
A: Can I put WaterWipes in a wipe warmer/wipe dispenser? No. We do not recommend that WaterWipes are removed from their pack and transferred to any another container, nor should the pack be over-warmed. They are a fresh product and should be stored in a cool dry place. We recommend WaterWipes are used within 4 weeks of opening. (Listed on website for waterwipes)

A: It had to be plugged in.

Q: Do i need to add some water in it?
A: Good morning - The Bright & Warm Wipe Warmer does not require water to function. However, if you feel the wipes need additional moisture, you may pour up to ½ cup of water over the top of the wipes.

Q: is this battery or cord operated? I’m at the store and i can’t tell at all.
A: The Munchkin Bright & Warm Wipe Warmer is required to be plugged in to function. It is not battery operated.

Q: Is it safe to cover the top/side with a cloth or other object to cover the light?
A: Good morning, We do not recommend covering the Munchkin Bright & Warm Wipe Warmer in any type of insulted material, blanket, or cloth.

Q: I just purchased this and as soon as I plugged it in, the light hasn’t come on. Does that mean I got a defective warmer or does it come on once it’s warm?

Q: How warm do the wipes actually get?
