Women's 20D Sheer Tights - A New Day™

I wanted to love these, but unfortunately I should’ve went with literally anything else but these. Unfortunately 3 targets in my area were sold out of everything on New Year’s Eve, and I felt lucky when I saw 3 packs of these at the last target I went to. Now, I understand why they were left over unfortunately…. Let’s start with the pros- really lightweight & ‘barely there’ feel. Material is good & hides the fact you’re even wearing nylons/tights. Sizing is true and color is accurate. Comfy, breathable, & not bulky at all. Now for the cons- waist doesn’t stay put and rolls down constantly. Literally impossible to wear without a snag happening within the first hour, even being careful. When you get a run, there’s no stopping it no matter what you do. I even put them in freezer to strengthen them, tried clear nail polish & hairspray and that run went from a pinhole to a tear in minutes regardless. I literally had them on for 5 minutes, & managed to get them on without a singular run…. But within 5 minutes of wearing them they had a run on the thigh….. mind you, I was in the car not even moving around yet. I know my size was correct as they fit like a glove so that couldn’t be the cause. After a half hour of wearing them, it went from a tiny hole in the thigh to a giant split down to my shin. Had not even got out of the car or moved at all yet. I really loved the look & feel of these at first glance, but after that I realized regardless of how good they look and feel, they’re useless unless you’re in bubble wrap.

These are hit or miss for me. Sometimes they’re great and other times I put them on and they snag immediately and rip 😢

Ripped in several places as I was putting them on for the first time.

The variety of color options are extremely limited for melanated skin tones which is very unfortunate. There were zero hosiery options for melanated skin tones in the store period. I purchased the darkest color available on the shelf and it was 2 shades lighter than my almond completion. There was not a color sample available to test before purchasing. The overall quality of these tights were very low. They were torn before I could even get out of the car. The fit was great. Price is too high for such low quality.

The lowest quality I’ve ever bought. Immediately put multiple holes and runs just putting them on the first time. I’ve bought this brand in the past and had no problems - this is definitely a recent issue.

Tore within moments of putting them on. Went right in the trash.

These knee highs are horrible. I wore them to a wedding and the right one was sliding down my knee. They have sticky insides that cling to your thighs with some kind of sticky substance. I guess these ones decided not to work. Such a waste of money.

Terrible. Ripped the first time wearing them. Much a waste of money. Ripped at my feet and leg.

Basic, they are good quality but rip easy if you have nails or pull a little to hard but even when ripped they last a while.

These are not nearly as durable as they used to be. I have owned some of the same pairs I bought over 6 months ago, and they are still going strong. The last four pairs I've bought have snagged by the end of one day of wear. The price also went up, they were $8.99, now they are $10, and are half the quality.

I’ve bought many pairs previously with no problem but this time I ordered two pairs and both were in ripped open packages with no plastic packaging around the tights like normal. It was very obvious someone already tried them on.

They are really nice sheer tights/pantyhose. Despite the high spandex content the Leggs sheer energy brand is much more smooth and silky. These sheer tights fit well on the waist and are true to size. I've only been wearing them one day and it's difficult to even notice I'm wearing sheer tights. I like them a lot but wish they were a bit smoother like Leggs sheer energy. I'm mixed if I'd buy them at full price again.

Horrible quality. Had a hole within minutes of putting on which quickly turned into a run. Beautiful color but awful quality.
