This smells really nice and it makes a decent body wash but every time I use it on my hair, I break out in these itchy little bumps all over my scalp. I’m not sure what it is because I’ve used other Dove products and they don’t cause this reaction. But I definitely won’t be purchasing this again.

I heard about this shampoo on TikTok, heavily praised, so I wanted to give it a try. I am someone with thin, fine hair and have struggled my whole life to wear my hair down straight (natural) as it gets very stringy and snarly. I had gotten my hair dyed blonde last year and my hair was very snarly and clumpy when wet so I wanted to try this out. It didn’t help much with the damage, but I did like how light and fluffy my hair looked. I went to get my hair cut recently and told the hairdresser what shampoo I used — she scoffed, told me Dove hair care is damaging and cheap and I need a more expensive shampoo. I bought a different shampoo based on what she said and when I say I saw a very stark difference in my hair… it was greasy and weighed down and had absolutely no life to it. I immediately went back to target to exchange for the Dove shampoo again and I’m so happy to say my hair is back to how I love it! It’s so soft and full of body. Definitely recommend to people with my hair type!!

have tried a few other shampoos from this line, and although they make my hair soft, they also build up after just one wash and end up making my hair greasy. This is the only one that I don’t have this issue with and it is such an amazing shampoo that doesn’t weigh down nor strip my hair. My only gripe with it is that this particular shampoo isn’t available in a bigger bottle like the others. Conditioner is ok though not a fan of the consistency, the shampoo is where the product really shines

Not for me - did not clean my hair. Left hair dry/frizzy. Texture of shampoo was different, kind of "clumpy" and would easily slide out of my hand and down the drain before reaching my hair. Not sure if was just a bad bottle, but one of the worst shampoos ever tried. Like lavender, but did not like this shampoo smell. Suggest buy one bottle to try first time, you can always get more later.
