Two separate clocks - both had issues
Received as Christmas gift. First one was damaged in box. Small dents in chrome. Was willing to ignore, so installed battery and hung on wall. Only to see the second hand get stuck on minute hand. Sent it back, ordered a replacement. New clock arrived. No damage. Installed battery, plugged it in and hung it on wall. Second hand didn't even make a full rotation and got stuck on minute hand. Judging by other reviews this is a common issue. Does the NHL know that a liscenced product is so poorly made it doesn't even work straight out of the box? A hundred dollar item, and it's junk. Do -NOT- buy one of these clocks. No matter how great you think they look.

Broken when received
I was excited to give to hubby for birthday, but when he opened box, clock didn't work, it was broken. I returned it and ordered a new one, I'm hoping this one isn't broken also. After reading other reviews, I noticed everyone that ordred this item also came in broken when they received it. I wish I read reviews b4 I ordered. I'm a frequent Target shopper and never had a issue b4 now.

cheaply made
i got this as a birthday present and was very excited! first off, the product looks very cool lit up. I had a problem with the hands not matching up and the red hand getting stuck with the other hands. opened up the back and fixed it. now, everytime I put in a new battery it lasts an hour or so and the clock stops working. very frustrating!

Im giving it a mixed review
I love the way it looks. The neon lights are cool and I know my son will like it! However, the manufacturer needs better quality control. I had to return the first clock because the second hand got stuck on the minute hand and couldn’t move. I returned it and ordered a second which came with a lot of loose screws in the box. I had to get extra screws. I can’t tell if this second clock had been returned but I think it must have been and Target or the other shipper sent it out anyway. I’m going to keep it because the hands are moving and the lights are flashing. I just hope it keeps working!

Beautiful clock. Love the neon. I just wish the neon light was able to work off a battery. The cord is not an attractive look.

Poor quality
Bought this as a gift for my father in law and it arrived broken. The big hand sticks to the little hand and does not work.

When the clock arrived the second hand was bent so that it couldn’t move past the hour and minute hand. Took the back off and bent it back myself got it set and hung it up only for the red neon light ring to stop working after 1 day on the wall. Looked great for the 1 day it was up.
