BACARDI Anejo Cuatro is inspired by Don Facundo's original Anejo recipe and spends a minimum of four years aging under the Caribbean sun to achieve its unique taste and golden color. Matured in American white oak barrels, this gluten free BACARDI rum is filtered through charcoal for a smooth finish and blended for an extraordinary character. This aged rum features notes of mild vanilla, toasted oak, dark honey and clove with a smooth toffee oak finish. Dark and stormy

I have recently been enjoying "Dark and Stormy" cocktails as my drink of choice (basically a Moscow Mule with rum rather than vodka), and Bacardi Gold has suited it well. Great flavor, goes down easy, blends well in mixed drinks.

Smooth on the Rocks

I had never tried aged rum before but this was a pleasant surprise. It seemed like aging the rum look the bite off and made for a perfect rum & coke.
