Disgusting! Minimal amount of chicken, maybe an ounce. Pepper with no warning on cover. 2 pieces of mushroom. Heavy on rice.

Great in almost every way, but portion size is a joke.
Love the taste and the diversity of the ingredients, but the very small portion size, especially for the cost, makes this hard to justify. It should ideally be double what is included, but at the very least 1/3 more or so. Can't say for sure, but seems they cut it down even more recently from where it started years ago, which was already too small. Other than that big negative, it's great.

Good- I would buy again!
I like the ingredients for the lost part, the chicken tastes fine along with the other ingredients! Honestly, the convenience is what I was looking for and got! The portion size was quite small though… so wish it was a little larger. If this is going to be your lunch, alone, it likely won’t fill you up!

Finally, a healthy option with lots of fiber!
Finally, I have some contrast among all the other less healthy options in the frozen food department. The flavor and texture of all of these power bowls are Delicious. I’m always looking to up my nutrition game and since I’m in the gym six hours or more a week, this could be a tasty pre-/post option. I do wish that they had a double portion option that would increase All of the ingredients! Honestly, I could eat these every day and never feel bad about it. Finally! Let’s keep the sodium levels relatively low for the win! I don’t care what marketing tells you. Increase the sodium and I’m now making my own food…

Great bowl, great quality.
This bowl was fairly good, it is a bit bland flavour wise, but nothing a sprinkle of seasoning doesn't solve. The best part of the bowl is the quality of the veggies and chicken in it. The veggies aren't overcooked after heating and the chicken isn't fake bits of chicken. It is excellent, especially for the price.

Fantastic, easy to make, healthy and simple, but some bowls have 1 or 2 mushrooms, many have a shred of mushroom, and some have zero mushrooms. Sort that out and these are an easy 5 stars for a cheap, quick, tasty meal.

This is my favorite. I take it to work every other day for lunch and it’s perfect. Each bowl is different on proportion of stuff inside so I try not to focus much on it. Sometimes there is more mushrooms, more chicken, etc. but the flavor always tastes really good.

This is by far my favorite frozen meal. I like that it has a range of grains and veggies in it. Also it has a taste that reminds me of a much more expensive hibatchi dish. This is just a perfect amount of food for my caloric needs in a single meal. I do wish it was a bit less pricey.

Has Chili Paste Ingredient and is Spicy
Good taste but nowhere on package does it indicate that it has a bite (e.g., tangy, spicy) to it. It does and only by going on line and looking at the detailed ingredients did I learn one was chili paste.

Tasty, but missing the mushrooms!
I enjoyed the bowl, but it only had 2 tiny pieces of mushrooms. Definitely not enough to have Shitake Mushrooms in the name of the bowl.

Nasty Shitake Chicken
I thought this was awful! When cooked it shrinks in half! There could Not possibly be 21 grams of protein I could barely find the 3/4" size chicken bits and no more than 1/4 cup of them. Everything was so small that it was like soup bits with no broth! Yuck!

Best fast meal I’ve tried!
Very, very good! I keep trying quick meals but most I never buy again. This is one both my husband (the ultimate critic) and I would eat another time. Only con is I didn’t have any mushrooms in mine!

this is rlly tasty and pretty flavorful!! if youve ever been to a chinese restaurant, this tastes nearly identical to broccoli chicken, just with different veggies. highly recommend!
