The only update we’ve recently added to our Pampers Swaddlers size 1s is adding a super soft outer cover. Our team has done a great deal of work developing and testing all of our diapers, ensuring they are safe for babies. We have careful and thorough procedures in place to ensure this, so what you’ve described isn’t expected, and we do apologize. Because of this hard work, we’re aware that there are different factors that can unfortunately contribute to what you’ve described.
