Delicious And Practical!
I love Ghirardelli chocolate in general because they make it so well but these are definitely my favorite for chocolate fondue, dipped strawberries, making candies, and even just having a quick and easy meltable chocolate for when I’m feeling something specific. It’s so nice that they’re just small chips so I can melt a perfect amount. Taste so good as well!

I am so impressed with these wafers, I’ve never had success making chocolate covered strawberries until I found these and they made it so easy! They melt quickly and so smooth. Added tip, add coconut oil and it makes your strawberries shine😜 go get these!

I swear by these for chocolate covered strawberries, they’re perfect for it! So easy to heat in the microwave. That being said, they’re definitely NOT dark chocolate, they taste completely like milk chocolate to me. But I don’t care because they’re delicious and easy to use!
