I've had Bush furniture in my home office for nearly two decades now. That experience led me to Bush for bedroom furniture recently, and I'm impressed. The dresser is sturdy and provides sufficient room for my needs. Getting the drawer fronts perfectly aligned was a little bit of a challenge, but otherwise it was a quick and easy assembly process. It's not high-end cabinetry, but it's a good product at a reasonable price.

I am disappointed at the quality and how cheap they are made.

This product deserves one star because the aesthetic of the dresser is great, but that's only if you can figure out how to put it together and if all the parts are correctly included and functioning. Furniture assembly took almost 12 hours total. The parts were so defective and inaccurate that the dresser was not even able to fit together properly. The drawers were so severely cockeyed when put in that the top could not go on if the drawers were in. It seems for be a common issue because the instructions had a page at the very end suggesting how to fit it, if that happens (although it does not actually fix it at all). Every single little part of the dresser needed to be assembled, and unfortunately, the instructions manual, despite its volume, was not helpful. We tried contacting customer service regarding the issues with the product and hoping for a refund, but they were not of much assistance in the matter. This dresser may look enticing to order, but save yourself the headache. Do NOT order this dresser.

This is horrible quality for the price. I know it isn't high end expensive, but it isn't super cheap either. For the price, I was shocked at how much assembly we had to do. We literally had to assemble every little part. It took several hours. I was also shocked that the feet are a cheap looking plastic!! It doesn't match the wood finish at all. It's a completely different color. Why would they not have wood feet in the same color? It is so weird! I just left them off. There are locking mechanisms on the drawers that are so annoying. They make a loud click every time you open and close the drawer. You also have to push hard to get the drawers to close all the way. The back of the unit is a thin piece of the wood finish that you nail on. It is similar to the cheap $40 bookcases you can buy. The interior of the drawers is also a black finish. It makes it look cheap. I couldn't believe that that is the finish for this price point. It's sad, because I think the simple modern design and color of the piece is cute. But it is definitely not worth the price. It is quite a bit higher than other dressers you can find on Target.com so I thought it would be much better quality and much more assembled than it was. I highly recommend you do not buy this dresser. I am considering returning it, but after all the work assembling it, it seems daunting to have to return it. Please learn from my mistake and find a better quality dresser.
