Buyer Beware
I am only giving this item 3 stars since the 4 shelves didn't have holes in them which was a major inconvenience. I was able to drill in the screws but it's not perfect. Given this item could only be ordered online and the box is huge I felt no choice but to keep it. The quality is great and once set up it does look good.

This bookshelf has the right look and size but I feel the price is a bit high for the quality. The shelves are not evenly cut and one came with a scratch. It's not on the description, but there is 16 inch of space between the shelves.

Love it!
Super easy to put together! It looks beautiful. The only thing I would change is the way the shelves attach, they slide in. They aren't bolted in at all. Overall though it's practically perfect!

Excellent Quality!
Looks better than picture! The shelf boards are very well designed and really do look quite old and rustic. I read all the reviews on this item Before ordering online and the positive reviews and price were what sold me on purchasing. We absolutely love it! Very sturdy once you attach the x cross brackets at back. Only complaint, or shipment box didn't contain the correct bottom piece that was supposed to have holes pre-drilled for attachment as listed in the manual/ but it was easy to just dril the holes ourselves and not deal with returning such a large piece of furniture. You won't regret this but!!

Happy with the purchase
I put it together by myself. Took about 10 minutes to get everything out of the box and 10 minutes to put together. The only thing I would change is that the top shelf isn't finished on the underside. Which you can see.

Looks exactly like the picture, simple to build
The shelf seems high in quality and did not take long to build. The only hiccup I had was that I had to take it apart and flip one of the metal sides so that the holes for the metal poles were on the same side, not forwarned in the directions.
