Q: how do you adjust seating to 24 inch, its too high 28

A: The extension legs at the bottom will need to be removed and also the rubber stoppers. Once they are removed you will need to add the rubber stoppers to the legs.

Poor quality
I've been using these stools for less than three months. The bearings in one stool are completely shot, and the bearings in the other two are nearly there. They make a horrendous noise wobbling away any time you sit on them. They're ok otherwise, but the swivel is terrible!!!
