Works fine. Contains Red 40! Why, Target? Why?
I took it for myself (as an adult) post-op to stay hydrated and replace electrolytes per my surgeon’s recommendations. Initially I was drinking what I thought was plenty of water, so I skipped the electrolytes, thinking it wasn’t necessary. I started having stomach pain/ cramping, nausea and fatigue, and had trouble eating. I noticed that once I drank it, I did feel better pretty much right away! I liked the individual servings, I can carry just the powder and not have to carry around a heavy jug of liquid. Just add it to my water bottle when I need it, and can store easily at bedside. I don’t notice any difference between these and the name brand that sells for almost two dollars more. Flavor is fine, I was surprised that strawberry was my least favorite. I liked apple and fruit punch the most, then grape, last strawberry. It contains Red 40 dye, which I find super disappointing! Can we please stop using this totally unnecessary ingredient?! Why, Target, why?!

Beware. Very toxic.
These are super toxic. I have a chronic illness and need regular electrolytes. I would drink one packet every other day. Out of nowhere I started getting severe anxiety and irritability. Insomnia came about wouldn’t leave. This went on for three months. Still drinking these. I get sick and couldnt get to the store to get more. 48 hours without these and my anxiety disappears and all of a sudden I can sleep through the night again. It’s been three weeks without them and apparently it gave me hair loss because now all this new hair is coming in, I sleep every night and my skin is amazing. No anxiety. Beware. All of them have red 40.
