Not what expected
when me and my husband received the product by the way we received it early so that was a plus but when we opened up the mattress it just was not what we expected it was like a cheap flimsy mattress sorry I have no pictures because we returned the mattress the next day!!! the reason for purchasing it is because I saw a good reviews but when we took the mattress out we thought it would puff up a little more so we left the mattress overnight and we did not sleep on it and the mattress just with a thin foam mattress to us.

Too mushy. No subtance to the material
Way too soft. The lower half of my body sinks into the mattress when I lay down so my hips go deeper into the bed. It doesn't feel like my body is resting on a consistent surface. It's caused horrible back pain from mid to lower back and the area, bones and muscles of my back are constantly sore along my vertebral column. I don't know what it is about this bed but I'll gladly go back to my spring mattress. The foam lacks consistency. I tried sleeping on my yoga mat on the floor for two or three days and the pain receded. I'm merely 135lbs and 26 like my back should not be in so much pain after a month of sleeping on this bed.

Corners did not expand
The mattress never fully expanded to 10". All of the corners are lower than the rest of the mattress, and 2 of the corners are really low. No support on corners or on the edges. I'm giving it 3 stars (really should be 2.5 stars) since my daughter said it was comfortable to sleep on (but she is only 4'10").

This is the HARDEST bed I have ever slept on in my life. I am so disappointed. If you're over 40, don't buy this bed. It does not support well at all.

makes back pain worse
this mattress is so uncomfortable my back is worse than ever. You sink into the mattress and wake up in so much back pain and I have been sleeping on this for only 2 months and I'm shopping for a new one.

Hard as the Floor
This is like sleeping on the floor with just a little bit of cushion. I’m so disappointed, and feel stuck with it because I can’t mail it back.
