    Works and love the price!

    I was 3 months post partum and started losing so much hair and I read the reviews so I decided to try it since I hate swallowing pills. I was starting to see my scalp on my temples and above my ears. The first two pictures is when I started taking it it was like day 2 and day 4. The last one is one month update. I have definitely seen a difference and new hair is growing in already! Last time I had a baby I didn’t take anything and it took like 6 months to start growing back in. Love this and you can’t beat the price either!

    Biotin is apparently bad for (my) skin

    I will say, these taste amazing, but I suddenly had a combination of rash, pimples, and maybe hives on my face and neck after starting these. It’s rare for me to break out - I bought these mostly for hair. I went to the dermatologist and we were trying to nail down what the problem was and she said “you’re not taking anything with biotin in it, are you?” And when I told her yes, everyone in the room collectively said “ohhh yeah that’s it”. Apparently biotin causes this reaction quite often. I’m sure it doesn’t happen to everyone, but just keep that in mind when shopping around!

    They don't work.

    They taste great, but they don’t work. I’ve been taking them for 2.5 months and my nails look the same as they did before I started using them. I even doubled the dosage and there has been zero improvement in my nail growth or strength. Don’t waste your money.
