This is effective for me on my nails and skin, hair little hairfall (sometimes) affordable and take longer for a bottle to get empty. Packaging is also cute and easy to open. I like that better than a variety of flavors since I am not a fan of raspberry. It is rich in biotin and Lustriva advanced complex (which is arginine silicate inositol and magnesium biotinate. No Gluten, which is important to me.

Within a week, my skin broke out like never before—painful cystic spots all over my face. I kept using them, hoping my skin would adjust, but it only got worse. I had to stop, and my skin slowly cleared up. Maybe they work for hair growth, but the acne wasn’t worth it. Beware if you’re acne-prone!
