Not the best quality

Had high hopes for this, but upon arrival was very disappointed. Feathers are glued poorly to a thin piece of cardboard, you could also see the cardboard through the feathers.

Cheap

Do not waste your money. This item is ridiculously cheaply made. It's a piece of white cardboard glued into a cone shape with feathers barley glued to it. There isn't even enough coverage with the feathers to cover the cardboard which shows all over. Some spots are so bad I used some tape to help hold feathers down.
