Been a customer for 30 years
Over the last couple of years, your product has gotten really thin and weak. I would much rather pay the price and get a crappy product. Your plates are bought for one reason strength that no longer exist within five minutes. My food is falling through the bottom. every reason I quit using anybody else else’s paper plates get your act together straighten up your product or it’ll be your demise.

Big decline in quality
I’ve used these plates for years and loved them, but now they are thin and terrible quality. They no longer hold up well to any kind of food, and the plates are so thin and poorly made that they warp significantly as soon as you pull a plate from the stack. If you try to put it back on the stack, it no longer fits They don’t sit flat on the counter even when unused, and putting food on them warps them even more. I can no longer stack them neatly for compost when done with the meal, because none of them fit together, so space in the compost bin is wasted. I’m so sick of good products being ruined because of corporate greed.

Chinette plates use to be good but now food soaks right through. I have to use two for my dinner. Will not continue to buy them.

Large oval plates
Stained my table top. It's like wax or some kind of glue. I can't get it off the surface of my dinning table. Looks horrible.

Quality of classic 10 3/8” plates have diminished
Long-time user now disappointed in apparent diminished quality of the Classic 10 3/8” plates. Plates seem thinner, lack a surface sheen, & now collapse from minimal moisture when used to microwave individual frozen food items, & when used as a cover or under a bowl to reheat food. Also food now sticks to the eating surface of the plate. We have not changed what we microwave, or how used & the difference is the quality of the product. I can no longer recommend this product & will stop buying.

I bought these due to the durability I thought they would have for a lasagna dinner Birthday gathering and guess what they leaked. How embarrassing. Payed tooo much for that. Will never purchase again. Would like a refund actually.
