Such a disappointment
I bought this item when it was on sale after the holidays last year. Set it up in early December, and all was well. But it quit working after 5 days! Completely dead. :(

Don't buy this expensive, junk tree.
I received this tree on Dec. 2nd. I put it outside on Dec. 6th. One week later only 5 of the LED strands were working and all they did was flash intermittently. The star won't light anymore either. I've brought it inside to see if it was too cold for it and it still doesn't work one day after Christmas. I'm going to attempt to return it, but I'm not hopeful on that being an option at this point.

Beautiful tree
We look forward to setting this tree up at Christmas time. We have had one in the past but not as refined as this one. It was a little tricky at first but was not difficult to get together. The lighting is beautiful and love the 8 different settings. Hoping this lasts for years. The box came a bit tattered but everything inside was alright. Happy we made this purchase.
