Best pots ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the 2.9 Quart sauté pot. It contains all my proteins and veggies perfectly providing space for all the foods and sauces to move. The best part is the clean up. Simply rinse and hand wash. At the most a quick soak and wash away. No more scrubbing. I love cooking again. Ballarini grazie mille!

Used and loved this for 2 years
So durable. I used this on average once per day for 2 years. I also stuck it in the dishwasher every time. We burnt it today and I love it so much I am buying another. The thermopoint will stop working.

The weight of this pan is perfect!
Previously I had an enameled cast iron fry pan by an outstanding brand name company but it became too heavy for me to handle. My new Ballerina Parma Forged Aluminum Sauté pan is an excellent replacement. I love it.

easy to use saute
I love this pan so much. It heats so evenly and quickly. The indicator in the handle turns red when heated to the optimal temperature for even browning and a great sear. The non-stick coating is unlike any other I've used before. The texture gives such great results. I love that its scratch resistant so I dont have to worry about what tools Im using. The lid is thick and tight fitting. I love that I can monitor my cooking without lifting the lid. Quality Italian cookware at a great price.

Love the Look
This pan looks so much like the pans my grandmother used, that I had to try one. Just love this saute pan. The non stick is incredible and the coating is so durable even my husband can use it. Use this every day. Great for eggs, pancakes, chicken breasts, and all kinds of vegetables. Perfect size for a family of four! Made in Italy just like my grandma!

This is my new every day pan. The non stick coating really is non stick. The texture gives great browning. The high sides and lid make it great for side dishes or cooking full entrees. I love the heat indicator in the handle that turns red when the pan is perfectly heated. Such a great price for Italian cookware.

Best non-stick pan I've ever used!
I absolutely love this pan! From eggs to cheese, nothing sticks to it and I love the glass lid so that I can see what's happening with my food. I love that this is an all natural non-stick, so I don't have to worry about any chemicals getting into my food. I also love the button on the handle that turns red when the pan is hot enough to cook and green when it's cool enough to clean.

Parma nonstick is literally like magic
Ballarini has really created the perfect nonstick wiht the Parma Forged aluminum series. Cold forged so no warping the pan stays flat for even heating and your food will not slide or tilt as it cooks. The Granitium nonstick coating with ceramic particles performs so well it will have you wondering why you ever tried to use any other type of nonstick. Foods slide out use after use and clean up is so easy.

Ballarini is a loved and respected line of cookware by Italian Chefs. We can see why, as it is lightweight, made from aluminum and has a Thermopoint feature so you can tell when the pan is hot or cold. Heats evenly and quickly and has a glass lid to monitor cooking food.

I have used a lot of pieces of the Parma line and love them. I haven’t used this pan yet but I’m sure it’s fantastic like the rest of them. The non-stick coating is super scratch resistant! These pans heat up fast and the heat conduction goes right up to sides. Having a glass lid is a great bonus because you can see what’s going on in your pan without removing the lid and losing heat.

Very retro look and design with the grantium coating that is extremely durable, so durable I can use metal utensils. If you have ever wondered when to put in a steak for searing, look no further than this pan with Thermopoint technology. The handle has a spot that turns red when it reaches the perfect temperature to start your cooking, and turns green when the pan is cool enough to handle or wash.

Exceptional Nonstick
Parma heats quickly and evenly and offers exceptional easy release with the Granitium metal utensil safe interior. Saute pan is light weight with a stay cool handle, glass lid to monitor contents, and easy to clean up. This smaller capacity saute pan does not have the Thermopoint technology found on the handle of the larger saute pan and fry pans.

A saute pan offers great surface area of non stick cooking. This surface also give a great searing surface due to the texture. The glass lid allows you to see when you are building enough or too much moisture and the high sides make the liquids work for you.
