    Sauté pan - finally a great piece of cookware

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The weight - the finish and the glass lid was exactly what I had been searching for in a sauté pan. It’s sits level on my glass top range and the weight is sufficient to make an even contact. The even surface provides uniform heat - and there were no hot spots. The glass cover is an added bonus as it allows me to visually check the contents without losing the heat when one lifts an opaque lid. Great construction and very pleased with the fit and finish.

    Needed at every kitchen!

I researched before making a purchase and I’m very happy that I went with Zwilling. I was afraid it would lose the non stick surface like other pans out there but this is still going strong!
