Very cute with one major design flaw

Cute idea, the keys with the doors are great for Creative play and fine motor skills. I didn’t see the small issue that it only comes with two little animals, but the child can put their own animals inside. The big design flaw is in the latch that secures the roof to the rest of the the animal clinic. It’s very hard to latch it securely, and it’s very hit and miss whether it will stay closed. The veterinary tools hidden inside the roof can come spilling out almost as soon as you pick up the toy by the top handle.

    Clinic favorite!

I'm a speech therapist and the kids at the clinic I work at adore this toy. I finally caved and bought one for my little. Container play is so important for kids and this toy really caters to that and has so many opportunities for language.

Hi CK - We are sorry to hear that one of the units of the B. toys Kids Critter Clinic came without all of the pieces. We encourage you to take it back to Target for an exchange (Target makes it easy!) It seems that you love this toy as much as we do, but you gave a 1 star review. If that was a mistake, we would appreciate it if you would go back into your review to update the rating. Sincerely, Team Battat

    Critter clinic for Christmas

Got this toy for my 16 month old daughter for Christmas. It's a nice toy for the price... I'd be thrilled if the company that made this toy decided to create a wooden version of this! Additionally, I wish there were some more weight added on the bottom of the critter clinic, because my daughter likes to play with it on top of the coffee table, and because it is so light it moves around when she tries to turn the keys or close the cage doors.

    Definitely a keeper!!

It’s a keeper! So much fun for my 2 1/2 year old granddaughter. She learned how to lock and unlock doors. We filled the four empty doors with stuffed dogs but she loves putting other toys in the doors. This toy is played daily.

This is a cute toy, I like the idea of it and the way you can open the doors with the keys. Only knocked off one star because I would say it’s not very user friendly for two year olds and I think it would be better for 3 or 4 and up.
