Wheel bar weld failed after 5 years
The weld between the wheel bar and the vertical bar failed over time, finally separating after 5 years. It appears this is a common problem with this cart. If this could be addressed, it's a solid cart/caddy that I would recommend.

Enormous help
The carrier provides easy access to all tools without continuous trips to the potting shed for items I didn't think I'd need. It has made gardening enormously easier for me and it's fun to use. I use to put long handled tools in a wheel-barrow but the items kept falling out as I moved around garden. Also, I needed to use the wheel-barrow for clippings so the tools were covered in debris. The caddy has a waste receptacle so everything stays handy and organized.

Great product until the wheels came off
I bought this about 3 years ago and have used it regularly. I like it better than any other cart or organizer. It's still shiny and looks nice—but the weld holding the wheels just broke and I have no way to repair it. This is really disappointing because this is a tool I found useful and used daily. But I do not want to buy a new one every 3 years.

I really love this cart...until today.
I really love this cart & have been happily using it since receiving as a Christmas gift in 2020. This past week sadly the weld holding the wheels to the frame snapped in two. I am disappointed that it only lasted for a little over 3 years. I used it every spring and summer since receiving it; I didn't overload it. I loved how easy it was to push/pull around. I loved that it held nearly every hand tool I needed and that there are two useful attached containers. The whole cart was/is sturdy and functionally designed. Just flawed at the weld sorry to say. However, all of the positive can't erase the fact that now it is useless. I'm going to call Gardeners Supply customer service to see if there is anything they can do.

Needs a serious design review
I have cut PVC pipe the size of the tool handles to keep organized & pool noodles between the PVC & over the heads of rakes, hoes, etc so I do not become injured when the tools shift during transporting from one garden bed to another...

Extremely useful
I leave my most often hand tools in the caddy saving me time when I go to the yard or garden. I have ADD so I am prone to both forgetting tools and not being able to see them when they are right in front of me so the caddy eliminates a whole lot of frustration for me. Although the narrow wheel base is ideal for storage, it does not serve so well on the parts of my property with uneven ground. This slows me down when I am moving to my work area because if I I walk at normal speed, the caddy would sill all of my tools.

I was unable to comfortably use it.
I found it difficult to use, the wheels were wobbly, the tall handles were in the way and hit me as I attempted to wheel it around, it was particularly difficult to wheel on grass or in the garden.

Works great - I use for electric fence post
It works great for me using it to carry my electric fence post to the pasture to sub divide the pastures. Pull nicely and is t to heavy. Seems sturdy. I like the pockets to carry tools

Poor craftsmanship
A week ago I would have given this caddy 5 stars but sadly the weld holding the wheels to the frame snapped a couple of days ago. This was a gift in spring of 2020…it should last more than 3 years. I did not abuse or misuse it. I loved how easy it was to push or pull. I loved that it held nearly every tool I need and that there are two attached containers. The wheels are sturdy, not cheap plastic. However all of the positive can't erase the fact that now it's useless. I'm going to call Gardeners Supply tomorrow and ask about the warranty. I will update this review based on their customer service response.

A great help in the garden
The caddy saves me lots of return trips to the garage to get another tool. It remains steady on uneven ground and is not too heavy for an arthritic 75 year old. I couldn't be happier with it.

The easiest way to rate this product is to say I love it!
I finally found a product that allows me to have all my garden tools with me. I use to haul my big bulky wagon around, but this product allows me to work down my garden path without worrying about damaging plants as I walk by.

I have not been able to use in garden yet. Still snow on the ground. I have put it together and seems sturdy and will be nice to have tools , seeds, gloves, etc right there to grab. Will be a great addition to my gardening.

This product was really easy to put together. I got it because I was tired of putting my tools down and losing them in my garden! I can carry everything I need, even if I don' t know when I am going to need it. It holds so much and has so many places to put all my different tools, my tall shovels and rakes, my plants in packages and plastic pots. It has a small enough footprint that I can bring it all over my garden, up the stairs and thought the skinny paths. I am so glad I finally decided to get it, after dreaming about it for years! I DESERVE IT!
