Butter Chicken Sauce - 12oz - Good & Gather™

This sauce lacks depth, and isn’t as creamy or rich as expected. The flavor feels flat and slightly processed—fine in a pinch, but not something I’d repurchase.

Very good!! A littleeee on the bland side if u have had an authentic butter chicken but I added cumin, smoked paprika, garlic & onion powder, and it was so good

I opened the brand new bottle of butter chicken with an expiration date of May 2027 to find black mold growing on the inside, and all over the lid.

Took the plastic off to open the jar and it was covered in mold.

My favorite jarred butter chicken sauce! I use two jars of this served over chicken with naan bread. Delicious!

Apparently I was allergic to one of the ingredients. It made my face swell up. It was scary. No idea what did that, but it was sad to have to throw it out. 😔 I recommend as long as you're not allergic. lol.

You definitely need to add some butter or coconut milk or something to give it richness. And some more seasoning.

This is my FAVORITE jarred butter chicken sauce. I won’t buy it anywhere else because this is the best flavored one I’ve found.

Awful. Truly awful. Slimy and tasteless.

I marinated my chicken with yogurt and spices and added this to the cooked. Very mild version of butter chicken sauce and not flavorful enough on its own. I would definitely purchase again to add to my butter chicken but not use it on its own for anything.

Such an easy meal prep staple. I mix it together with chickpeas and add some garlic and paprika, and serve/prep over rice. I do agree with some of the comments that adding cream/butter would make it creamier, but overall not bad. 1 can of chickpeas mized wiht about half the jar of sauce seems to be a good ratio.

Very mild spice. I ended up adding some low fat coconut milk to make it more creamy after simmering a few minutes.

I was a little hesitant to try this butter chicken sauce after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give it a shot—figuring I could jazz it up if needed. And I’m so glad I did! Straight out of the jar, it’s a bit on the mild side for my liking, but it makes an excellent base. I added a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt, a pat of butter, and seasoned it heavily with minced garlic, onion, curry powder, cumin, chili powder, crushed red pepper flakes, and salt and pepper. Then I tossed in some chicken, served it over basmati rice with warm garlic naan, and let me tell you… it was absolutely delightful. Honestly, it came pretty close to restaurant quality and was ready in just a few minutes. If you go into it with the mindset that this is a base to build on and season to your taste and spice level, you’ll be really happy with the results. A great shortcut when you’re craving quick butter chicken at home!

I love this it taste just like butter chicken Good with rice and chicken of course and I haven’t try it with Panini bread but I’m sure it’s good
