First one arrived damaged. The bolt on the inside was rattling around and the shade would not stand up. I feel like the person who packed it knew it and still shipped it that way. Customer service was awesome though and my replacement came fast. It is very cute, but please do not ship broken lamps if you can hear the bolts clinking around the inside. There was no way for me to tighten it due to the design. Replacement was in perfect condition though.

Broken
The lamp would've been nice if it hadn't been broken. Both arms of the dinosaur were broken. The worse part, this was a drive-up order. Not something that could have been damaged in shipping and in fact was either broken by careless associates after my order was picked or was broken before being picked and given to me anyway. Both of which are disconcerting. I did not realize the item was broken until I took it out of the bag at home. The arms were not broken in my car because the arms were not in the bag or on my passenger seat where I placed the bag for the short drive home.
