I purchased this pillow online twice and got a different product each time. The first one I purchased came used (used pillow case on the pillow). Returned the first one and received a totally different brand / pillow on the 2nd purchase. Target needs better quality control on items that are being shipped. If you do get the RIGHT pillow, you won’t be disappointed.

This pillow started out great, but it’s a letdown. Even though it's labeled as firm, it flattened out almost immediately. After just two weeks, it offers zero support. I wouldn't recommend this if you are looking for something that holds its shape.

I’ve bought this pillow multiple times over the last 5 years. I use to buy it because it held up its firmness without fluffing. They seem to have changed it because it’s less firm than my others even with the item numbers the same. I will be looking for a new firm pillow.

This is the worse pillow I’ve ever had. It is so floppy, it won’t even stand up against the bed headboard. Almost as if it is only partially filled with whatever it’s filled with. So disappointed!

Very disappointed in these pillows. I bought them because they are the same ones I had before and I loved them because they were truly firm. The new set I purchased are not firm at all. They are extremely soft and are nearly flat once you lay your head on them. So disappointing.

Not firm not for side sleepers
I’m not feeling these pillows at all! I’ve only been sleeping on them for one month and they feel worse than the target brands ones I’ve been sleeping on for over a year. They say firm but they are nowhere near firm. I’m constantly flipping and reshaping. The thing is they are very heavy but once you lay on it it’s like poof. I paid more for a better pillow, glad they were on sale but still bummed that I need to buy new pillows AGAIN.

I bought the same ones 3 years ago and they were amazing then! I recent bought more to replace those old one. Not only are they 5 dollars more, but they seem to be intentionally underfilled! They used to look like they were bursting out of the bag and now they look flat in the bag. The Firm is now a Meduim pillow, horrible for side sleepers. I am bummed and after this attempt, I'll be making my own out of cheap filler from the hobby store.

I purchased this same pillow probably 2-3 years ago and it was great. In fact I still have these pillows and they maintain their fill and shape relatively well. I bought a new batch recently just to update and the quality of this pillow has gone way down. They are very obviously trying to cut costs by putting far less fill material in these pillows as before. I am unfortunately returning and would encourage you to look elsewhere for a firmer pillow.

Not firm, not long lasting, not worth it
When you first purchase this pillow it’s 5+ star! Unfortunately, I bought this in Oct and it’s Feb now. The pillow completely lost its firmness and shape, it’s not firm at all which is what defeats the purpose of what the description of the pillow is at time of purchase. To make things worse, I would wake up with a sore neck and headaches. The pillow at regular or discounted price I just wouldn’t buy again. It’s not a durable or a long lasting pillow and it feels very low quality pillow after about 2 months.
