    I love protein drinks! Fairlife protein drinks taste really good actually. The strawberry one doesn’t taste overly sweet. It doesn’t taste grainy like most protein drinks do. The packaging is always so cute with what flavor it is. The nutrition and portion sizes are good. If I’m running late or haven’t had a breakfast I will reach for one of these because it fills me up. I Iike it !

    This definitely isn't short on protein.

    My doctor suggested that I drinking protein shakes to get more protein in my diet so I decided this would be great product to start with. Everything I had heard about Fairlife products was extremely positive so it was an easy choice to make. First of all, it's so easy to take on the go. It can fit in your purse, a briefcase, a workout bag or a backpack. Secondly, You can drink it room temperature or ice cold. My favorite way is ice cold. The taste is so smooth and creamy. Reminds me of melted strawberry ice cream. And if you're a person who loves strawberry ice cream this is for you. It's extremely easy to mix items in. I like to mix mine in a blender with diced fresh or frozen strawberries. It's also good with kiwis and bananas. This particular bottle and flavor contains only 230 calories, 8 grams of carbs and a whopping 42 grams of protein. For those like me that don't enough protein, this is a game changer. Like I said, all of those nutrients in a delicious flavor is a winner in my book.

I love strawberry because it’s not chalky and it tastes just like strawberry milk. I don’t have to worry about mixing powder in a loud shaker cup at work, and can just throw it in my bag to take to work with me and add it in with my lunch from the cafeteria.

    Tastes like the strawberry flavored milk I loved a

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This protein drink looks and tastes almost exactly like the Nesquik Strawberry milk that my mom used to occasionally let me have as a treat. The little kid part of my brain loves it, but the adult part of my brain is slightly put off by the fake strawberry flavour. I really like how smooth it is as my usual protein powder drink has a slightly chalky texture. For me, 42 grams of protein is too much for one meal or shake, so I had half early in the day and saved the other half for after my evening workout. My understanding is that spreading out your protein intake throughout the day is better than having a ton at once. If I was out and about and just wanted to grab some quick protein I would probably grab the 26 grams of protein version of this shake instead of the 42g. Overall handy to have when I am busy and not able to prepare a proper meal.
