This product worked for about a week and now is hit or miss. It often does not charge my laptop. I called and was not able to receive help on the matter. It also does not look like the product shown or have the correct specifications, so basically they sent me a completely different product. Again, I was not able to receive help.

This charger worked once and now doesn’t charge my Surface anymore. When I plug it into my Surface it shows a light, as if it’s charging, but the light disappears after 5 seconds. I’ve tried multiple outlets and made sure there is nothing wrong with my surface, but unfortunately this product was a waste of money.
