Never got to try since almost all of it fell apart before it was done cooking. And I was not able to do what I wanted to with them. Complete waste of money and my time. I DO NOT recommend this pasta.

The most awesome noodle I've ever met.
I love most pasta, and rarely have met a noodle that I'm not friends with. But this This big dumb noodle is the new love of my life. After our first date, I immediately bought more. It's the best I've ever eaten. The noodles are massive, floppy and delicious. They're great for serving under a rich sauce, like stroganoff, and are the best alternative to egg noodles for those with egg allergies. They're difficult to overcook, reaching perfect Al dente even when you leave them on a bit too long. Having had these, all other noodles seem a bit less beautiful.

I NEVER review anything, but this pasta was amazing! I was genuinely terrified to buy this because of all the negative reviews on here, but I took a chance and bought anyway because it’s a great deal for Paccheri (which is hard to find regardless). I’m 100% glad I did. The pasta cooked up perfectly, held its shape, and was able to be stuffed and/or served with a heavy meat marinara without breaking or losing its structure. I have no choice but to believe all of these 1 star reviews can’t read instructions on a package or literally just don’t know how to cook pasta. 10/10 would recommend this pasta

I didn't read the reviews like i always do
I trusted that because they were more expensive they would be very good. They weren’t. I could see in the bag that several were broken into small chunks. I was thinking that maybe the bag was dropped at some point. I always cook my pasta on the firm side. So I boiled for 13 minutes. The texture was great, but that’s it. Several noodles were split in half, and multiple noodles were in tiny chunks. It made for a very sloppy bowl of pasta. Very disappointing. At first I thought that they should be packaged in boxes, but that wouldn’t solve why they broke apart in the water.

Tried this pasta for the first time recently. Good for soaking up the sauce. Great price. Tip: Yes, the time suggested on the package *is* for al dente (even though it doesn't state it). Any less cook time will yield hard-ish pasta. Ask me how I know, lol.
